About
Story
I'm a slowmadic German-Canadian who has spent 20+ years living and working across Europe, Asia and North America — currently based in Chiang Mai mid to longterm.
I've worked in digital marketing, eLearning, community building, and global mobility, burned out of traditional employment, and decided to work on building a more sustainable self-employment lifestyle instead.
My (not so) secret, special superpower is my tenacious ability to adapt to any and all situations.

Work
Currently, my portfolio spans HR Software Ranked (independent software rankings I founded and edit), FeedbackPulse (a pulse survey tool where I run marketing), eNPStools (a free benchmark calculator), and The Feedback Fieldnotes (my writing on feedback and workplace systems). Different doors, same house: helping teams listen to their people without drowning in enterprise software.
Previously, I worked on a variety of client blogs, web copy and community building initiatives. Community efforts remain an integral part of my life. It's easier to meet cool people within communities.

Outdoors
Off the laptop I’m a climber, hiker, trail runner, river tracer, and general mountain person. I firmly believe most organizational problems look smaller from a summit.

Say hello
If you want to trade trail beta, or if any of this overlaps with what you’re building, drop me a heyo via the contact page. I’ve been told I have the ability to make you feel comfortable in your own skin, so feel free to test that hypothesis with a message.
